Hip Hop from the Outer Banks!  An official music video from the MMOV Ministries crew out of the Source Church located in Manteo.  Dubbed the “OBX Cypher” this video features seven sick local emcees and is filmed on location in Manteo.  From a variety of backgrounds, but all locals, each emcee is worth a listen.
